In the case of an emergency, please contact 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department immediately.

  • At Prestige Prenatal Imaging, we provide elective, non-diagnostic ultrasounds for your enjoyment only. These sessions are intended for keepsake purposes and are not a substitute for medical care or diagnostic ultrasounds prescribed by your obstetrician.

    Please consult your primary obstetrician with any medical or pregnancy-related questions. For your safety, all clients must be at least 10 weeks pregnant to ensure optimal imaging quality, and we require that you are under the care of a primary obstetrician before booking.

    We adhere to guidelines set by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), which does not recommend listening to the fetal heartbeat via ultrasound during the first trimester (up to 14 weeks) due to safety considerations. In alignment with these guidelines, we do not use spectral Doppler to listen to the fetal heartbeat before 14 weeks gestation, as you and your baby’s safety remain our top priority.

  • Arriving late to your appointment will deprive you of valuable imaging time. We will do our best to perform your entire scan for the remaining time scheduled, however we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If your appointment does need to be rescheduled you will not be refunded your deposit, and an additional deposit will need to be made for your future appointment. 

  • We have a 24 hour Cancellation/No Show Policy. Any appointments that cancel within 24 hours will be charged $50 to the card on file. If you do not show up for your appointment you will also be charged $50 to the card on file. This is in best effort to respect our time as well as other clients’ time.

  • Refunds will not be provided due to fetal positioning or lack of cooperation.

    We cannot guarantee specific poses or images. Rest assured, our team will make every effort to capture precious images and videos of your little one, ensuring you leave with cherished memories.

  • To secure an appointment, we require clients to review and sign our Terms and Conditions form, as well as put credit card of file at the time of scheduling. Please note, our ultrasounds are elective and are not diagnostic tests ordered by your obstetrician, so insurance cannot be accepted as a form of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that no phones or video recording devices be used during your ultrasound scan.
